The Product

Tastes amazing on anything and is a must-have in your collection. My Cajun blend is perfect for cooking or just sprinkled on avocado toast with poached eggs! An aromatic blend of roasted chili peppers and roasted cumin. This spice has a mild spicy palette with a hint of a citrus to marinade and grill with such as shrimp or chicken strips. Try making a vegan hummus dip by blending it with boiled chickpeas, lemon juice and serve with crunchy pita bread. My favorite is to make Cajun fries (recipe down below) which is a hit with my kids because they can do it on their own with an air fryer!

The Story

I created this spice blend because our household loves spicy food, but I didn’t want it to be a very hot palette for the kids. Like most of my blends, I want something easy to grab in one bottle that will add a lot of flavor to any dish.

Cut medium potatoes into wedges (I prefer skin on). In a bowl, mix potatoes with 1 tablespoon of your favorite oil or spray, and 1 tablespoon of Cajun blend and mix well. Place a flat layer of coated potatoes in the air fryer. Cook for 18 minutes at 180 degrees. Flip at 9 minutes halfway time. Then do the next batch. Easy and delicious!

Ingredients: roasted chili powder, garlic powder, coriander powder and seeds, chili flakes, cumin powder, orange zest, cilantro leaves, turmeric powder, Himalayan pink salt

The Product

A popular spice, my Fajita Blend is perfect to make chicken or mushroom fajitas. Can be used to flavor dishes such as Mexican rice, tacos, or burrito bowls as easily as 1-2-3! It’s delicious and nutritious! A citrus-spicy blend that captures the Mexican palette in any meal, even in appetizers. Try making a yummy spicy dip by mixing it with sour cream and serve with raw vegetables such as celery, cucumber, green pepper, and carrot sticks. My favorite for the morning is to add it to eggs and scramble or make a Spanish omelet with fresh bell peppers, cilantro, and white onion.

The Story

I created this spice blend because I grew up in Southern California surrounded by Mexican culture and food. When I moved to Kuwait, I couldn’t find the spice blends for dishes I love. Every time I made chicken fajitas, I had to measure each spice ingredient (which is not my forte) and sometimes I did not have all the ingredients available. As a working mom and full-time university student at the time, I decided to get all ingredients and create the blend with the palette I wanted in 2004. Now 20 years later it’s an all-time favorite in Kuwait!
